New signing Jon Stead bagged his first goal for Sheffield United as Neil Warnock's side continued to edge their way clear of the relegation zone.
Fulham were outclassed in a one-sided opening half as Stead - a £750,000 signing from Sunderland - and midfielder Michael Tonge found the target.
