Ironside, who was part of the FA Youth Cup team which lost out in the final to Manchester United in 2011 netted twice within 17 minutes whilst Philliskirk grabbed both his goals late on in the game.
Reserve Team Coach Chris Morgan had been handed the managers jacket for this fixture with the first team traveling to Morcambe tomorrow. United kicked up field in the first half and quickly took control of the game and before a quarter of the match had passed the Blades had found there way to a two goal lead.
On Eight minutes, Ironside put the visitors ahead, turning home Callum McFadzean's cross. Shortly afterwards keeper George Long was in the thick of things, turning Wankiewicz's free-kick around the post; this the home sides only meaningful effort of the first half.
The young striker doubled United's lead on 17 minutes after he fired home a well placed header following Jordan Chappell's cross after he beat his marker to whip in a cross. He had two opportunities to complete his hat-trick before the half-time break but was unable to break the net.
United were in full control again after the re-start and had it not been for brilliant saves from substitute keeper Hancock, who kept out a McFadzean volley and Philliskirk twice the score-line may have been different by the time they trebled their lead.
Long was tested by Maskery before the Blades put the game beyond the hosts; on 87 minutes new signing Darryl Westlake found his way up field before finding Philliskirk and the former Chelsea striker lifted the ball over the keeper to score and he soon doubled his tally when Tyler Williams'; crossed for him to score.
