Our last game was on Wednesday night against Stoke City, United won 2-1 and took the lead when Peter Ndlovu volleyed onto post and Peter Handyside took it into goal for a own goal on 62 minute.
Eight minutes later The Blades made it two when Tonge's surging run down left hand side found him being brought down for a penalty where Michael Brown converted with ease. The Potters grabbed a consolation with five minutes to go through Chris Greenacre.
Sheffield United, as far as we know currently have no injury or suspension worries except Carl Asaba who is not 100% match fit, therefore we believe that the line up could look like this:
|
Paddy Kenny (GK), Robert Kozluk (RB), Shaun Murphy (CB), Robert Page (CB), Phil Jagielka (LB), Peter Ndlovu (RM), Stuart McCall (CM), Michael Brown (CM), Michael Tonge (LM), Michael Boulding (RF), Wayne Allison (LF).
Wimbledon's last league game was on Saturday in their Selhurst Park Derby against Crystal Palace, Wimbledon was the home team but went down 2-0 through Gray (17 minutes) and Johnson (71 minutes), The Dons however came back quick with two goals of their own when ex-dingle striker Neil Shipperley got one back on 77 minutes, Patrick Agyeman then equalized two minutes later.
Sadly, bladesfc.co.uk does not have any details about the Wimbledon squad and that we can not report a likely line-up.

The last time United played The Dons was last season on Easter Monday (1st April 2002) where Wimbledon won 1-0 through Neil Ardley.
Prediction: Wimbledon struggling and are in bottom three, as for the Blades we are fourth but if the results go our way between Millwall v Derby County, Bradford City v Norwich City and Nottingham Forest, then United could go 2nd though I think that if we do win we will go 3rd.
I do think United will win though we have not won at home against Wimbledon since they where relegated from Premier League in May 2000.
