Sheffield Wednesday v Sheffield United ( 1:00 )
Referee: C FOY
Linesmen:S Burt and R Madley
Fourth Official M Jones
Foy officiated United's final game of last season against Crystal Palace. The Blades entered the game with a chance of going up automatically, but Birmingham's result away at Reading meant the scoreline at Selhurst Park was irrelevant. Foy has been the man in the middle for our opponents, Sheffield Wednesday, already this season. It was the Owls' 0:3 away defeat at Derby in October.
Foy's first game was at the Reebok Stadium, Bolton Wanderers v Charlton Athletic. He was the Referee at the 2007 FA Trophy Final between Stevenage Borough and Kidderminster Harriers at Wembley.
Chris was appointed as Fourth Official for the 2008 FA Cup Final.
At the start of the 2009/10 season Chris took charge of the FA Community Shield between Chelsea and Manchester United at Wembley Stadium.
There were rumours circulating that a certain Mike Dean would be refereeing his second Steel City Derby at Hillsborough in the space of two seasons. Thankfully, these rumours were false.
