Midfield duo Matthew Spring and Keith Gillespie look to miss the encounter with their injuries. Spring has picked up a knock to his ankle while training at the Shirecliffe training ground.
Meanwhile Gillespie picked up the same injury while on International duty with Northern Ireland.
Boss Kevin Blackwell said: "I am normally a critic as far as losing players for Internationals is concerned but in the light of Keith's delayed start to the season the two games he has had this week couldn't have worked out better - he needed them so to be named Man of the Match against a team like the Czechs is a real feather in his cap."
