"The players don't know what the starting line-up is going to be. It's very canny at the moment - it's like a game of poker. We are prepared and we can all sleep at night. I'm not keeping an eye on what the players do away from the training ground because I trust them.
"People are making it out differently but we've got to remain focused and we cannot put heaps of pressure on the lads.
"I want them to be confident but at the same time relaxed. We haven't brought in a psychologist or someone similar, although some clubs do go down that route - I'm the psychologist here."
