Meanwhile Tuesday night's goalscorer Billy Sharp has a slight calf injury but should be able to make it at Carrow Road. Sun Jihai will be unable to play as he was dismissed in the Coventry game and must serve a three game ban.
Kevin Blackwell said: "There will have to be at least one (change) because of Sun Jihai's suspension, but that is one position I have plenty over very strong options for.
"Derek Geary for one, obviously, Kyle Naughton is another and Greg Halford filled that role well the other night late on.
"Billy Sharp took a calf knock on Tuesday and hasn't trained but a couple of days of intensive treatment should see him OK, but Matt Spring and Darius Henderson are a couple of weeks or so away from recovery."
In the Norwich camp, John Kennedy will be absent due to an ankle injury. Jonathan Grounds and Elliott Omozusi should be ideal replacements.
