Several thousand Unitedites will be making the journey to South London and are hoping their automatic promotion dreams becomes reality. Around 40% of the crowd at Selhurst Park on Sunday will be Blades fans, and throughout the season the red and white troops have sang their hearts out at both home and away games, and the gaffer asks for more of the same come Sunday afternoon.
He said: "No doubt the fans' reactions during the game will keep us informed about what is happening elsewhere, and they have to try and make us feel that we are playing at home.
"Our away support has been terrific all season and we could probably have taken over 20,000, such was the demand. To hear that some had queued all night at the Lane to get their hands on tickets is much appreciated us all - we will be trying our absolute best to get them the result they want."
