According to SkySports News, Williams, 25 has turned down a new deal with the Daggers and with his contract running out this summer will be allowed to leave on a free transfer. He has scored 11 goals in 43 appearances since joining from Aston Villa in July 2011 and is believed that several clubs – including United are interested in snapping him up.
Meanwhile Clark, 21 who has netted a whopping 37 goals this season for Queen of the South in the Scottish Second Division has hit the radar of many clubs, including Sheffield United, Glasgow Rangers, Derby County, Aberdeen and Motherwell.
It’s unknown how seriously these two players could be wearing a Blades shirt next season but without a permanent manager in the hot seat only time will tell.
