Hoolahan has scored five goals out of forty appearences for the Seasiders. His previous clubs are Shelbourne and Livingston. He had a loan spell at Blackpool last season and bagged 8 goals from the left.
Blackwell's future is still un-resolved but is hoping to sign the Irish midfielder if he stays on as Blades boss. Their were rumours earlier on in the season that former Blades boss Bryan Robson was to sign him.
