Woolford, 30 was placed on the transfer list following the appointment of Chris Wilder, who succeeded the former manager whom signed him, Nigel Adkins.
The former Scunthorpe United and Millwall forward has signed a one-year deal with the Highbury club, managed by Uwe Rosler.
Rosler told fleetwoodtownfc.com; "Martyn is a player who will bring experience, versatility and quality to our squad. He’s a player we’ve been tracking for a while and we are delighted to welcome him to Fleetwood Town."
He could make his debut at Bolton Wanderers tomorrow; we would like to wish him well with his new club!
