West Ham handed a lifeline

The CAS have given the London outfit hope in the long lasting saga. The Blades claim that West Ham broke the rules when they fielded current Manchester United striker Carlos Tevez.

United have been given till the 10th October to find an arbitrator, and if they don't provide one for the hearing, one will be provided by the CAS.

A 12 page legal document has been sent to the CAS by West Ham and they have already appointed an arbitrator for themselves.

Who'll come out on top in the case? This is a question that can be asked with the answer difficult to find out at this present time as the saga rumbles on.
