The Blades boss has recently swooped to sign Andy Gray and Simon Francis in a matter of weeks, as well as taking Ashley Ward off there hands in pre-season.
However the Valley Parade club are in trouble both on and off the field and have been placed into administration for only the second time in as many years.
Warnock Explains; "I got a couple of nasty letters from Bradford fans having a go at me for signing Andy and Simon,"
"The letters said I was taking all their players. But if they had not have come to Sheffield United then they would have been at Charlton, Sunderland or somewhere else."
"The letters even mentioned Stuart McCall and Ashley Ward, although Stuart never even got offered a contract, so I don't know how they can say I stole him.
"But I'm glad Andy and Simon have come here. They are the type of lads who fit in very well in the dressing room, with Simon certain to become a big favourite over the years."
