Captain Phil Jagielka revealed: "The boys have been buzzing all week and we had a bit of a snowball fight. Even the gaffer got hit.
"He wasn't supposed to get hit. He picks the team and it was a Friday! He could easily have taken Chris Armstrong out of the team for it. Yes, I'm going to mention his name - it was Chris!
"There were five of us and we were throwing them and he either fined us all or we had to own up.
"So all of us looked at Chris and made sure he owned up because we didn't fancy getting a fine!
"We get fined for different things but that's the first time anyone's been fined for that - mind you, it was a good shot! The gaffer took it in good jest.
"Chris, me, Rob Hulse, Michael Tonge and Nick Montgomery were aiming for Chris Morgan. I'd actually got Morgs because he has a few little tricks and I got him back.
"We were all in stitches laughing. Chris was a bit nervous telling the gaffer but he took it in good heart."
