The Blades require a third successive win in the hope that Doncaster lose at home to Leicester to keep their faint survival hopes alive while Robins' side are sitting comfortably in 18th place, 11 points better off than their rivals.
Robins said: "The pressure is not on us but we need to get three points to take us to 55 points. We're looking to beat what we did last season.
"It's going to be an atmosphere that's boisterous. We've got to move the ball and try and play our football.
"I think Mick's (Micky Adams) changed some of his personnel. He's got Harry Maguire in the side, Jordan Slew, he's given a chance to. Slew's scored a few goals since he's come in, his confidence will be high."
A solitary Hugo Colace goal was enough to clinch Barnsley all three points against the Blades at Oakwell in December while the corresponding fixture last season ended goalless.
