The 20 year old will meet up with old Watford pals Darius Henderson and Leigh Bromby. He has put pen to paper at Bramall Lane till the rest of the campaign. The Blades are believed to have beat Preston North End and Wolveerhampton Wanderers to the signing of the Hornet.
The Republic of Ireland U21 International has made 22 league appearances (including substitute apps) for the Hornets so far this season. The English born midfielder qualifies to play for ROI through his Grandparents.
He scored against United at Bramall Lane earlier in the season although the S2 club were 2:1 victors. He has netted eight times for the Vicarage Road outfit so far this season.
