Cuvelier, 22 hopes to make his Brewers debut tomorrow at Hartlepool United after joining League Two side Burton Albion on loan until the remainder of the season. Having returned from a serious knee injury the Belgian is in need of match action.
"This is a good move to enable Flo to play football on a regular basis to build his fitness," said Blades chief Nigel Clough. "Burton is a good location for him personally and with them being around the top of League Two it gives him some competitive action."
He made his comeback in the FA Cup against Plymouth Argyle in December having been injured the previous March whilst on loan at Port Vale.
