Morgan got his ankles clipped and clashed his head with Dexter Blackstock's knee accidentally on Saturday midway through the 1st half. Chris will make a steady return to training on Thursday.
Morgan was taken to hospital straight away as he was concussed. He also says that he can't remember anything from the opening intervals in the game.
Morgan said: "I couldn't remember what happened until I watched it back with the technical staff. It was surreal really, I couldn't remember carrying on after receiving treatment and a subsequent header finally forced me off.
"There was the celebration from Billy's second goal and then he was flagged offside just after, but the next thing I remember is waking up in the doctor's office with an oxygen mask on.
"After the doctors located my brain they said everything was OK! I was just advised to take it easy in the early part of the week."
After the Queens Park Rangers match United boss Kevin Blackwell said: "This is a concern for me because he might not be allowed to play again for ten days because of the concussion injury and we have Blackpool to play next week."
