There's just over a week until a fresh season gets underway, but Blades fans have yet to get their hands on any of the new replica kits.
The club did, though, release a teaser of this season's home shirt earlier on Tuesday.
The picture showed just the upper part of the new matchday attire, but clearly showed that it has thinner red and white stripes to previous seasons and, in addition, a block of red towards the top.
Unsurprisingly, this fuelled speculation about the design of United's new look, with links understandably being made to La Liga outfit Real Betis' 12/13 home shirt (pictured).
Betis and United have their kits manufactured by Italian sportswear company Macron.
No previews of the shorts and socks which compliment this season's home strip have been published as of yet.
Fans will see for real what the new kit really does look like when the club puts it on sale soon, which can put the rumours of possible designs and potential shirt sponsors to bed.
It isn't yet known who will be sponsoring the Blades this season.
United are likely to release their new merchandise before Friday's home friendly with Atromitos.
