Sheffield United are expected to feature former Ipswich Town striker David McGoldrick for their friendly at Bradford City tomorrow night.
Accord to the Sheffield Star, McGoldrick, 30 has been invited to trial with the Blades ahead of their third summer friendly clash at Bradford City tomorrow night (kick-off: 7:45PM). United have beaten off competition from the likes of QPR, Bristol City, West Brom and Aston Villa who were all reported to be interested in signing the Republic of Ireland International following his release at Ipswich.
He has previously represented Nott’s County, Southampton and Nottingahm Forest before joining the Portman Road club. And has enjoyed loan spells at Bournemouth, Port vale, Sheffield Wednesday and Coventry City.
