Former Blades defender Rob Kozluk has completed his return to Sheffield United, signing a one-year deal. The 32-year-old, who spent eight years at Bramall Lane before leaving for Barnsley three years ago, was not handed a new deal at Oakwell when his contract ran out at the end of last season. Blades manager Kevin Blackwell said: "We know all about Kozzy. I have got to bring players in to build a squad and he's only too happy to come back. He will play a role for us." Blackwell confirmed the club was still waiting for a specialists' report on new loan signing Simon Walton's knee scan after he damaged it in the friendly defeat at Mansfield over the weekend.
