Sheffield United will re-unite with former player Steve Kabba on Saturday when he plays in the Blackpool side.
Kabba so far, in no doubts had his best days of his career at the Lane. The striker scored ten goals in the 2005/2006 campaign and was a big influence in United's promotion to the Premiership alongside Neil Shipperley and Danny Webber.
He scored in the famous 4:3 win over Nottingham Forest in the play-off semi-final at Bramall Lane. What a night that was! Some other memorable goals Steve scored was the strike at Leeds in the 1:1 draw in the promotion season. He liked scoring against Leeds as he netted the winner in the FA Cup tie at Bramall Lane in March 2003.
Kabba is regarded as a Bramall Lane star in his successful seasons. At the time of getting promoted Kabba said:
"The buzz of getting promoted is fantastic. I didn't watch the results come in from the Leeds vs Reading game, I was at home with the family, but I had a feeling Reading would score and I was soon on my way to meet up with the boys!"
When Kabba scored the dramatic goal against Leeds in the Cup, the commentator screamed: 'Kabba Dabba Doo!'
