NEIL WARNOCK: REFUSED TO COMPETE IN A SLANGING MATCH.
The former Wimbledon boss refused to take part in a post-match interview after he watched his side draw 1-1 at Bramall Lane. However he foolishly took the time to brand Neil Warnock “a complete prat”.

Andy Liddell had given the home side a 1-0 lead before Alan Quinn was sent off. David Johnson pulled the scores level with five minutes left, but the visitors also saw Andy Impey sent off for two bookable offences.

Kinnear felt that during the game Neil Warnock had continuously made attempts to unduly influence referee Graham Sailsbury. “His behaviour was laughable, at times he acted like a complete prat.” said Joe Kinnear

However, the Blades boss went with a more silent approach to Kinnear's comments; "I don't want to give anybody the satisfaction of talking about anyone else's performance," Warnock said.

"I would get fined £3000 or £4000 so I will just keep my mouth shut and talk about my team instead."

He then carried on to make comments about the Blades previous game which was won 3-1 at Gillingham, though Chris Morgan was sent off for an un-necessary confrontation with Ian Henderson. "We came back from Gillingham at 9pm on Sunday night, but if you've got players with a big heart you will be fine," Warnock stated in defence of his team.
