Kenny was banned from playing football globally on Monday and may seek an appeal against the punishment. The ramifications on the Irishman was taken by the Football Association when he tested positive for a prohibited substance (Ephedrine).
Manager Kevin Blackwell who was in attendance at Paddy's hearing in London says that it is not the club's decision in whether he should appeal. Blackwell said: "The next step is for Paddy to speak to his representatives after they have received and discussed the summary of the case and findings from the FA. They will then decide whether to make an appeal."
If the ban stands, Paddy will be available for United's last two games of the season and any play-off matches.
