However the 22-year-old has not completely turned the offer of representing the National which he qualifies via his farther.
"I haven't ruled it out, but I don't want to jump straight into the first international call-up," Sestanovich, now back at Bramall Lane after a loan spell at Scarborough, told the club's website.
"I understand that it may be my last, but I'm still young and I want to see how things turn out.
"I spoke to the coach from Grenada and told him what the situation was and he understood my point of view - but who knows what will happen in the future?"
Grenada are already well on there way to try and qualify, they beat rivals Guyana 5-0 in the first leg, should they be successful on Sunday they will face United States of America in the next round.
