Ellis told the Sheffield Star: "We do feel as if Darius was hard done by. I'm not talking about the incident itself because, like many people, I just didn't see it.
"The ref told the gaffer afterwards that he's been getting 'fed up' with Hendo, which might tell you a little bit about how he approached things.
"Darius has definitely got a reputation, though. There's no doubt about that."
