The young defender admitted that the Blades were 'woeful' during there clash at Stevenage which ended in a four goal defeat, without reply. But he and the rest of the team insist they have the ability to turn things around at home to Brentford tomorrow.
Maguire told sufc.co.uk "It should be a good game and one we are certainly focused on winning, especially after last week's thrashing at Stevenage. It was a woeful performance, but it was just one of those bad days at the office and now it is about how we react. We know what we have to do to win promotion, as do Brentford, so Saturday's game will be very tight, but if we win our destiny would still very much be in our own hands.
"The manager said in the dressing room after the Stevenage defeat that we had to get it out of our system and during the week on the training pitch all the lads have re-focused their minds - the determination to succeed is just as strong as it has been all season. We know, as players, this club needs to be in the Championship next season and it would be the perfect way to repay our supporters who have backed us in numbers since the Gaffer arrived."
