Halford has netted eight goals in all competitions this season, from all but every position except in goal. Kevin Blackwell who signed the versatile midfielder on a seasons-long-loan confesses that Halford oozes ability. He said: "There is no doubt Greg is a talent but I have reminded him constantly that he doesn't realise how far he could go.
"Things haven't gone well for him at his last two clubs and maybe he has to ask himself why that is. I think we have given him an environment in which he can express himself but the main thing is that he has shown he can respond to what we ask here."
