Cuvelier, 21 has joined Micky Adams Port Vale on loan until the end of the season last week to gain further experience but during his Vale debut in the match against Oldham he suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury and is now sidelined until the end of the season.
A Belgian U-21 international, he has made eight appearances for the Blades since he was signed by former boss David Weir from Stoke City in September 2013. "He is only a young lad so the healing process should be quite quick." Said Vale's Assistant Manager Mark Grew.
