As mentioned previous, the former Wales International was sentenced to five years in prison in April 2012 after being found guilty of rape by jury. He served half of his sentence before being released.
Following a recent successful appeal involving fresh evidence a re-trial has been agreed with proceedings taking place on Tuesday, 4th October 2016.
