Colchester United official website (cu-fc.co.uk) has made a statement that the forthcoming FA Cup tie will be played on Saturday, January 7th 2006 with a 3:00pm kick-off.
However, our City rivals Sheffield Wednesday have confirmed that their FA Cup home tie with Premiership outfit Charlton Athletic will also be played on the same day and at the same time.
