Richard Cresswell is unhappy at the way Sheffield United have performed in certain matches this season. The Blades surrendered in uncharacteristic fashion at local rivals Doncaster on Saturday and their sixth league defeat of the season has left them four points above the relegation zone. Striker Cresswell said: "We're disillusioned with the starts we're making and can't explain why. "Things need sorting quickly because it was unacceptable in the first-half. "The gaffer, rightly so, had a go at us at half-time and I thought in the second-half we made a game of it. "It's a team effort, we win and lose together and we have to pull together if we are to improve, so we have to work hard and learn from our mistakes."
