A Jason Scotland double and a Jordi Gomez strike late on confirmed an inspiring win for the Swans as they make a surge for the play-offs and are now real contenders. Reading, Birmingham and Wolves all dropped points once again. Three games fell victim to the weather. Below are the results from the games which went ahead:
