Chris MorganThe reliable centre-back has been at the heart of the defence all season long, partnered with the likes of Matt Kilgallon Leigh Bromby and Ugo Ehiogu.

Morgs, 31-years-of-age has been in and around football for a fairly long time now, and has only played for two clubs, his hometown side Barnsley, and currently the Blades.

Fans had the chance to vote for their Player of the Year via the official website, while players had to pick their best Player of the Season, and Morgs came top in both of the accolades.

Meanwhile, Kyle Naughton was credited for his debut season at this level, and it wasn't no surprise when he was picked as the Young Player of the Year. Turning our attentions to stunning goals, Greg Halford's exquisite strike against Ipswich Town last month has won the Goal of the Season.

The club have broke a number of records this season, admittedly the good and the bad. The streak of 15 games unbeaten away from home didn't go unnoticed when manager Kevin Blackwell received an award for the brilliant run.

Kevin McCabe also had an award specially designated to him, he was noted for the off-field work he has done over the years whilst being at the helm of SUFC.

Fans, special guests, the management team and ever single current player were in attendance on Tuesday night.

Well done Morgs, Kyle, Greg and the two Kevs.
