Neil Warnock could make some changes for that defeat on Sunday but given the fantastic performace against the Gunners Blades-mad would not be surprised if he keeps the same squad.
However, Phil Jagielka, Rob Kozluk and John Curtis could be dropped if Warnock does decide to change his squad. Meanwhile Stuart McCall managed a hour at Old Trafford and was replaced by Nick Montgomery, so it could be that the youngster from Leeds will start instead of the Scot.
Dean Windass, Marcel Cas and Owen Morrison are now in contention having missed the FA Cup clash to being cup-tied while Steve Yates, Iffy Onoura and Simon Tracey are still out injured.
Nottingham Forest could welcome back on loan striker Darren Huckerby from Manchester City, Huckerby missed the 2-2 draw with Wolverhampton Wanderers last friday to a tight hamstring.
Forest manager, Paul Hart said: "At a push he could probably have played on Friday but it was a gamble I wasn't prepared to take with so many games coming up.
"There's a possibility he could play against United - although we'll have to see how he has progressed over the weekend."
Prediction: Sheffield United 1-0 Nottingham Forest
