The 28-year-old, who ended his seven-year stay at Swansea to sign for the Blades on a free transfer in the summer, has made 17 appearances this season, but his form has mirrored the club's erratic league showing.
Britton told the Sheffield Star: "I'd like to be more consistent week in, week out.
"Sometimes I've been good, sometimes I've been pretty average. But the main thing now is that we start doing well as a team.
"It's not about individuals doing well. It's about sticking together as a group and winning games."
