Brayford, 26 joined the Blades on loan from the Premier League side in late January - making his debut in a 1-1 FA Cup draw with Fulham. Prior to his spell at Bramall Lane he enjoyed time at Burton Albion and Derby County where Blades boss Nigel Clough was also in charge.
"I only really came here for the gaffer, having played for him at my two previous clubs," said Brayford. "But I'm enjoying every minute of being here. I feel privileged to have been given the chance to play for this club."The lads in the dressing room are fantastic and the fans are different class. "I would really welcome the chance to be here again next season because I have fallen in love with this club."
Since his move he (and his beard) has become a firm favourite amongst the Bramall Lane crowd with the vast majority hoping that he can be a perminant player in the summer and can help steer United back into the Championship.
