United's 1-0 win at Huddersfield Town on Tuesday night lifted them into second spot and bizarrely ended the reign of Terriers boss Lee Clark despite being in a healthy league position. Blades boss Danny Wilson boasted; "We'll take some stopping," after the midweek fixture - a win which has seen them being defeated twice in the previous twelve matches.
Mr. Wilson also praised his players ahead of the Blades league clash with Preston North End this weekend; "Some of the football we played was fantastic, and if we keep this run going we will take some stopping. It's important that we have moved up to second but we need to be there in the last few weeks of the season. The boys can take a lot of confidence from this and the fans have been great. They have been with us all the way and there's a feel-good factor around the place now."
