The Blades kick-start their 2007-08 campaign against Colchester United on 11 August with Charlton Athletic having to visit Scunthorpe United.
Boxing Day will see Sheffield United face Blackpool at Bramall Lane whilst they travel to Southampton on the last day of the season (4 May) - hopefully by then United will be already promoted and the result won't matter.
The Sheffield Derby's won't occur until 2008 with proceedings kicking off at Hillsborough on 19 January before returning to Bramall Lane 28 days later.
