Blackwell says he is looking forward to the 6th round of the FA Cup draw.He said:"Tomorrow we will know who we've got in the hat, so it is a great incentive to ourselves and to Boro.But with all due respect, they are a top Premier League team - on a terrific run of form - and I'm delighted the players are up to the challenge.
"They have got to believe in themselves. They are a good set of lads and a great squad and some of the things they did today will give them that encouragement.
"The league position is something we have got to address and we will start to do that as of tomorrow."
