Blackie has had his critics whilst being at S2 in the last year and bit, but has confessed he and the chairman will meet shortly to discuss the situation, including his own position:
"I've got to reflect about what I'm going to do and the club's going to do. This is a serious time for the club and myself. I need time to think and I will decide later on.
"The loss of parachute payments automatically means a £10m reduction in income and this will mean players and staff leaving. It is starting all over again and maybe I've taken this club as far as I can. It might need someone else to take the club forward. I won't rush the decision but there is more thinking to be done."
Kevin will hold talks tonight (Tuesday) with Kevin McCabe regarding his future at the club.
