Blackie happy with extra two days

There are only a few days remaining until United face Burnley at Turf Moor in front of Sky Sports' cameras, but dating back to the Nottingham Forest encounter, a full week was the space between one match and another.

Kevin Blackwell admits his lads are pleased with the extra two days off, due to the Burnley game being on Monday night. He said: "We now have a gap until we play Burnley and after a hectic schedule that included a lot of travelling. There is little time in which to recharge the batteries for injuries to heal a bit more.

"We can't affect what other teams do, we have to solely concentrate on our own games and stay focused on that."
