He said: "I have met the lads in training and on the flught (to Plymouth) and I am now focusing on the game. I was at a training camp in Malaga with West Brom this week and spoke to the manager about Sheffield United's interest.
"I am looking to come here, play games and score goals. It is unusual that teams near the top of the league are wanting to bring in extra players, but I am delighted to have this opportunity."
James Beattie (who is no relation) obviously departed Bramall Lane last month and has currently recorded two goals in the Premier League for the Potters. Craig know's how prolific James were at Bramall Lane and says he will try his hardest to bang in the goals.
"I know of James and that he is a good player, I know I have got big boots to fill but all I can say is I will do my best.
