Beattie has bagged twenty two goals so far this season while they look to be the final amount of goals he scores this campaign due to injury.
He also won the Sheffield Star and Green 'Un award earlier in April. He stands along Cristiano Ronaldo (Man Utd), Jay Simpson (Millwall) and former Blade Jack Lester (Chesterfield) who all win the award in their respective leagues.
He has also recorded four Sheffield United Capital One player of the month award's this season.
