The Blades were defeated at Gillingham by four goals without reply on the opening day of the season and will look to improve their performance at Morecambe in the League Cup on Tuesday night before facing Chesterfield at home on Saturday.
The former Reading and Southampton boss said; “That wasn’t the start we wanted. Three goals we have conceded from set plays and we have got to do better than that. We weren’t good enough but credit to them. From my point of view we have got a lot of work to do and we are well aware of that.”
